Steven Randle

Steven is the Director of Justice & Work for Empower Mississippi. In this role, he is responsible for the implementation of strategies to help shape and execute policies pertaining to criminal justice and employability issues. Steven comes to Empower from previous roles at Tougaloo College, the Mississippi Community College Board, and the campaign and legislative staff of then-Lt. Gov. Tate Reeves.

Steven received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Mississippi College in 2014 and his Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University in 2018.

Steven lives in Brandon with his wife April and their five children.
