Empower Mississippi is hiring a Vice President for Public Policy to lead our policy development, government affairs, and coalition-building efforts.

This role is for someone who can help shape thoughtful policy solutions, build strong relationships with policymakers and partners, and move ideas from research to implementation.

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in public policy or government affairs, strong writing and communication skills, and a commitment to Empower’s mission of expanding opportunity for every Mississippian.

The position is based in our Ridgeland, Mississippi office and offers a highly competitive salary and benefits.
